WHY NETWORKING MATTERS
Relying on job postings to be your main job search strategy is a short-sighted approach that could hinder your chances to land your ideal job.

Building relationships, both in person and online, with professionals in your target field is a great way to extend the reach of your job search.  In addition to providing you with the opportunity to learn more about your ideal career path, you can also gain valuable tips and insights into the hiring process.

Review the following handout to learn more about how you can incorporate networking into your job search efforts and your overall career management.
